All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. An email will be sent once items are dispatched with tracking number.
Our current turnaround is 10-12 working days from the day your order is placed, This does NOT include weekends and bank holidays. Please note that all items are handmade , just because the product shows as in stock it does not mean you’ll get instant dispatch, each item is made to order so please allow our current turnaround when expecting your item.
We ship worldwide if for any reason you do not see your country in the shipping options please email us.
Please be aware that all of our items are handmade.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your placing an order to our contact email address.
As products are being made to order once your product is in the progress of being made we cannot issue a refund.
Please know your product before placing order. Should you receive the item and dislike them unfortunately we do not issue refunds for this as again they are handmade to order.
Please ensure you order the correct colour /style /size etc before placing an order. Should you get your order and it doesn’t fit we will exchange for another size however we are not liable to refund if we have provided you with the exactly what you ordered.
We offer a 6 month guarantee for free repair of crystals from date of purchase. You will need to post the item back to us providing postage at your cost and we will return the item back to you at our cost.
Should something need repairing after 6 months then please contact us and depending on the repair it will depend on the fee. This will be discussed beforehand.
